Dog walking
Choose either a 30 minute or a one-hour dog walk by one of our experienced team members. The duration of the walk is the duration of the actual walk and not door to door. You may prefer a solo dog walk or for your dog to be walked with others; this can be discussed with us when we meet and get to know your dog. We never walk more than more than 4 dogs at a time. We only walk ‘off-lead’ with your consent. If your dog is anxious, tends to be over excited or perhaps challenging we may suggest a one to one walk. We are flexible, we can schedule walks in the mornings or afternoons, 7 days a week.
When grouping dogs, careful consideration is taken to match their temperament, any health issues and size. We walk the dogs in a variety of locations as its important to keep the walk interesting and rewarding. Every walk consists of suitable play according to breed and age, obedience training and plenty of cuddles.
We post photos of your dog on our Facebook page. We don’t mention your beloved dog by name for safety reasons and to prevent them from being called away by someone else. If your dog is out of sorts, or if we feel that something is wrong with either your dog or your home, we will call your straight away.
Transport for the dogs to and from their walk is provided in our cars using car guards and harnesses in accordance with rule 57 of the Highway Code.
Upon returning home, dogs are cleaned and dried off. We ensure your dog has fresh water and settle them back into home with a cuddle and a treat. In the winter months as the nights draw in, with your permission, we turn the lights on and close the curtains so that the dogs are not in the dark.

We have also used Polly's for house sitting. They were incredibly polite and considerate when staying in our home. We came home to a beautifully clean place, just how we left it.

I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.
