Following the Boris Johnson’s announcement we made the difficult decision to pause our services to those who don’t essentially need us, even though we are classed by our insurance underwriter as essential.
We will of course carry on providing services for key workers or those clients that we know are disabled / vulnerable and can’t get out with their dog. We will continue using the strict protocols that we have been using to reduce the risk of spread.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you. Many of you have shown us such kindness and generosity, and we are incredibly grateful.
